Mobile homes of now just aren't the trailers of ten years ago. Much thanks to a newfound interest, regard for the small details and new safety codes, mobile and manufactured homes are larger, more specific to their homeowners, and more than anything else, more safe. Mobile homes have invariably furnished homes to those who may not otherwise be able to afford them, but mobile and manufactured homes of today are revising the image of the industry and generating a safe, and respectable investment for young families in California and other states across the country.
Not bound by what some see as established trailer home floor plans and layouts, the current manufactured and mobile home is often constructed to match the demands and wants of about any home buyer. Just as beautiful and distinct floor plans are available for traditionally built homes, the option is out there for mobile homes as well. It does not matter if the home remains in a park, on personally owned land, or in a community, it's style can be as surprising and distinctive as the people that live in them.
