Mobile homes of now just aren't the trailers of a decade ago. Thanks to new interest, attention to detail and new safety restrictions, mobile and manufactured homes are larger, more particular to their homeowners, and most importantly, safer. Mobile homes have for many years presented homes to those who may not otherwise be able to afford them, but mobile homes of today are improving the perception of the industry and producing a presentable, and safe financial investment for young families in California and others across the United States.
Not bound by what some see as established trailer home floor plans and layouts, the current manufactured and mobile home is often constructed to match the demands and wants of about any home buyer. Just as beautiful and distinct floor plans are available for traditionally built homes, the option is out there for mobile homes as well. It does not matter if the home remains in a park, on personally owned land, or in a community, it's style can be as surprising and distinctive as the people that live in them.
