Mobile homes now days aren't the trailers of a decade ago. Thanks to new interest, attention to the small details and new safety regulations, mobile and manufactured homes are larger, more made to order for their homeowners, and more than anything else, safer. Mobile homes have for many years furnished home ownership to those who may not otherwise be able to afford it, but now mobile homes are improving the perception of the industry and generating a respectable, and stable financial investment for working families in California and other states across the U.S..
Not restricted by what some might view as conventional trailer home floor plans and layouts, the current mobile and manufactured home can be built to conform with the wants and desires of almost any home buyer. Just as impressive and distinctive floor plans are out there for traditionally built homes, the option is there for mobile homes as well. It does not matter if the house exists inside a mobile home community, on privately owned property, or in a park, it can be as uncommon and different as the people who live in them.
