Mobile homes now days aren't the trailers of a decade ago. Thanks to new interest, attention to the small details and new safety regulations, mobile and manufactured homes are larger, more made to order for their homeowners, and more than anything else, safer. Mobile homes have for many years furnished home ownership to those who may not otherwise be able to afford it, but now mobile homes are improving the perception of the industry and generating a respectable, and stable financial investment for working families in California and other states across the U.S..
Since HUD started regulating firms, and so many are developed to complement the particular building codes in each state, safety in mobile and manufactured homes is on the rise. The better manufacturing firms are all the time improving their safety specifications and procedures, and are leading the field in establishing housing that joins many of the procedure of site-built houses with the quickness and affordability of manufactured and mobile homes.
